The Bridge Creek Fire Department is dedicated to the protection of life, health, and the property of those who reside in and visit our community.
We respond to over 800 incidents annually, of which nearly 70% are to provide medical aid to the sick and injured. Our response area includes 40 square miles in NE Grady County and a growing population of approximately 13,000 residents. The department is served by volunteer Firefighters, EMTs, and Paramedics who respond from three fire stations across the district. We have a current Insurance Services Office (ISO) rating of 4. We are grateful for the hard work and dedication of our volunteers who give so much of their time to help keep our community safe!
At Bridge Creek Fire Department, we prioritize the highest level of fire service training to ensure our personnel are prepared for any emergency. Through continuous education, hands-on drills, and specialized certifications, our team remains ready to protect and serve the community with skill and confidence.
The Bridge Creek Fire Department is always looking for men and women who have a desire to serve, a willingness to learn, and the courage it takes to put their life on the line for a complete stranger. You’ll learn new skills, make new friends, be part of an extended family of public servants, give back to the community, and make a real difference.
