Consent to Search / Release of Liability

I understand by registering my storm shelter or safe room with the Bridge Creek Fire Department that my shelter or safe room may be checked / searched after a severe weather event. I understand that my shelter or safe room may be checked as quickly as resources are available. I further understand it may be several hours depending on the size of the emergency. It is recommended that homeowners keep their shelters and safe rooms stocked with survival supplies. I release the Bridge Creek Fire Protection District, its Board of Directors, Personnel, and any other first response agency from any and all liability of damages or injuries, including death, which may occur due to delayed rescue.
